ベースに活躍する英国系スウェーデン人である。彼は最近出版された、国
際的に活躍するファッションイラストレーターの作品を一堂に集めた
「ファッションイラストレーションナウ」（レアード・ボレリ著）で取り
上げられている。彼の作品はイギリスで培われた感覚とスカンジナビアの
最小限主義を併せ持っている。その両面のうちスウェーデン（スカンジナ
ビア）では、そのデザインの長い伝統において不必要なディテールを削ぎ
落とし、イギリスでは彼にハードエッジな傾向とユーモアを与えた。その
結果とても抽象的でモダンなものとなり、彼のスタイルはハイプ・ウィリ
様々な雑誌に取り上げられているが、その中でも特にファッションに意識
を集中している。そして今ではヨーロッパだけではなくFlaunt Magazine
やNylonなどの仕事によってアメリカでもその名前を知られるようにな

recently featured in Laird Borrelli's contemporary account of
modern illustration, 'Fashion Illustration Now' (Thames & Hudson
2000). He was educated in Britain but is now based in Stockholm
His work combines the Scandinavian minimalist approach and an
acidic, retaina shearing colour palette inspired by his time in
England. Sweden has a long tradition of peeling off unecessary
detail in design and thus honing in on bare structures, whilst the
English side promotes a hard edged attitude and some humour. The
result is often pretty abstract and very modern. Many have
compared the style to everything from Hype Williams to a modern
Aubrey Beardsley. Over the last two years his work has been
featured in a broad range of international magazines and has
concentrated essentially on fashion spreads. A lot of this work has
been experimental and he is now well known in the USA from his
work with Flaunt Magazine and Nylon. In Sweden he has
collaborated with a number of stylists and filmmakers for DIESEL's
fashion shows that have been met with great acclaim. Some

He is now embarking on larger commercial projects in advertising
and international music launches and is looking for more work in
that nature amongst corporate clients world wide.
